However, since the roll ring is close to the finished product or finished product, in order to ensure good dimensional tolerance and surface finish of bars and wires, the roll ring is required to have high wear resistance and heat crack resistance.
If the equipment conditions are good, the process is stable, the rolling speed is slow, the cooling effect is good, the roll ring stress is small, the thermal shock is small, and on the premise of meeting the strength and toughness, try to use the brand with high hardness and good wear resistance, so as to greatly improve the service life of the roll ring. On the contrary, on the premise of meeting the hardness, the brand with high strength and good toughness shall be selected to ensure that the roll ring will not be broken.
